The conveyor belt with a scale enables precise batching and weighing of individual feed ration components. It is installed beneath the batching tables, where the individual components are added onto the belt sequentially.

The system monitors the quantity of each individual component during dosing itself, making it possible to ensure the correct ratio and composition of the mix even before the feed continues its journey through the system.

Each component is dosed onto the conveyor belt separately, and the system continuously monitors its quantity. This makes it possible to ensure the precise ratio between the individual meal ingredients.

As all components in a single circuit are sequentially batched onto the same belt, the correct composition of the feed ration is formed even before further transport through the system.
