CUT LINE Multi uporablja več dozirnih miz, kar omogoča pripravo različnih osnovnih obrokov za posamezne skupine živali. Tako se med skupinami ne razlikujejo le dodatki, temveč tudi vrste in razmerja osnovne krme.

Sistem glede na izbrano recepturo samodejno odmeri posamezne komponente, jih stehta ter naloži v robota MU LINE. Krma nato kroži skozi sistem in rezalno napravo, dokler ni ustrezno zrezana in premešana.

More flexibility and time savings

Feeding is no longer time-sensitive - feed can be loaded in the morning or in the evening, and the system then distributes it gradually throughout the day.

On colder days, the dosing tables can be filled several days in advance, saving considerable time and giving you more freedom to organise your work on the farm.

Only the basic feed is loaded into the dosing tables, and the system ensures precise preparation and distribution.

Automatic weighing and dosing of ingredients

Vgrajen tehtalni sistem in pametno krmiljenje poskrbita za samodejno odmerjanje vsake sestavine krmnega obroka.

The feed from each dosing table is first metered according to the recipe onto a conveyor belt with a built-in weighing scale, so dosing errors are virtually eliminated.

Evidence of increased milk yield from practice

The MU LINE robot ensures optimal feeding, which has allowed Pustotnik to improve the ration. Milk yields on the farm have risen by more than 10 % since the introduction of the automatic feeding system.
