MIX LINE - Mixing system with mixing unit

MIX LINE is a multi-component system used for optimal feed blending in mixing unit. It comprises dosing tables, conveyor belts, scales and an MU LINE robot.

MIX LINE Single

Line Z one dosing table, into which we load one or, optionally, several different types of feed.

MIX LINE Multi

Line with multiple dosing tables and a mixing unit, where feed, water and molasses can also be added.

CUT LINE - Mixing system with cutting device

CUT LINE is a multi-component system through which the feed is optimally mixed via cutting devices. It consists of dosing tables, conveyor belts, a weighing scale and an MU LINE robot.

Line Z one dosing table, cutting device and the option to add controls.

CUT LINE Multi

Line Z with several dosing tables, cutting device and the option of adding controllers and other components.

Preparation of feed ration

Dosing table

Feed storage hopper from which the feed is dispensed into the system via a conveyor belt or funnel.

Mixing unit

Specially designed for fast and efficient cutting and mixing of feed

Cutting device

It enables precise cutting of forage to an exact length.

Rudder worm

Precise and cost-effective dosing of various free-flowing components into the system.

Track with scale

Precise dosing of each individual component and the correct composition of the mixture.

Z track

It enables the transport of feed from the conveyor belt with a scale into the cutting device.

Distributing feed or bedding

MU LINE feeding robot

It enables precise and reliable feed distribution even in smaller or space-restricted barns.

Trak

It enables an even and controlled transfer of feed to the feeding station.

BASIC LINE

The simplest way to automatic feeding or bedding distribution.
