Our systems take over complex and time-consuming tasks, giving you more freedom and better time management.
Less worry and less dependence on help from others means more free time, more energy and a better sense of well-being.
More frequent and more even feeding reduces stress in animals and improves their nutrient intake and overall health.
Accurately rationed feed allows better feed utilisation and contributes to more stable and higher milk yields.
MU LINE adapts to the existing stable infrastructure without major interventions and does not require extensive construction changes.
Fast installation means less costs, shorter adjustment times and a smooth transition to automated feeding.
The MU LINE and MIX LINE are ideal solutions for farms with limited space and allow efficient operation even in narrow corridors and older stables.
The flexible design of the system allows modern, automated feeding, even where space is limited.
Inokron MIX LINE is an advanced feed mixing system that provides fresh and precisely prepared rations for each group of animals according to their needs.
The combination of mixing, feeding and constant pushing of feed at the feeding table saves time, improves feeding strategy and contributes to higher milk yields and healthier animals.
Mix Line is an advanced automatic feed preparation system that takes over the entire mixing and rationing process for you. This way fully automated feeding ensures accurate rations of consistent quality, leading to better herd condition and higher milk yields in the long term.
Feeding is no longer time-sensitive - feed can be loaded in the morning or in the evening, and the system then distributes it gradually throughout the day.
On colder days, the dosing tables can be filled several days in advance, saving considerable time and giving you more freedom to organise your work on the farm.
This eliminates the problem of having to feed at certain times, often in the middle of other important tasks.
Mix Line makes it easy to prepare several different recipes, allowing the farmer to tailor the rations to the different groups of animals in the barn.
Only the basic feed is loaded into the dosing tables, and the system ensures precise preparation and distribution.
The dispensing tables can also be placed one above the other, saving space.
The entire kitchen for meal preparation can also be placed on the existing conventional control table.
The integrated weighing system and intelligent control ensure automatic dosing each ingredient in the ration.
The feed from each dosing table is first metered according to the recipe onto a conveyor belt with a built-in weighing scale, so dosing errors are virtually eliminated.
The special feature of the Mix Line system is the circulation of feed between the dosing tables, the mixing belt and the feeding robot itself.
The ingredients of the ration are layered and mixed, and the feed is rounded through the system several times to form a completely evenly mixed mixture.
As each animal receives an optimally balanced ration and the opportunity to eat as needed, digestive disturbances and nursery competition are reduced.
As a result, the animals' condition improves, which also leads to increased milk production - experience shows that the increase in milk yield can be 10-15%.
The special feature of this mixing method is that the feed is circulated through the robot, which ensures fast and energy-efficient mixing of the feed. To ensure that the feed is properly mixed, this round up again.
First, according to the ration recipe, the feed from each dosing table is mixed on a weighing belt. A first mix of all the feeds is made on the conveyor belt.
The feed is loaded into the MU LINE robot in several layers via a conveyor belt.
Once the robot is filled, it starts ejecting feed onto the z-belt, which transports the feed to the back of the robot.
The MU LINE robot ensures optimal feeding, which has allowed Pustotnik to improve the ration. Milk yields on the farm have risen by more than 10 % since the introduction of the automatic feeding system.
With the MU LINE automatic feeding system, it's absolutely easy! This is based on data from sample farms and calculations based on the specifics of our robot.
Every farm is different, so we consider the introduction of an automated feeding system as a process. We are with you from the first conversation through to support after commissioning to ensure the system works reliably and to your needs.

The Mix Line system works fully automatically from preparation to distribution.
The farmer loads the dosing tables with the various basic feed ingredients (e.g. maize silage, grass silage, haylage, concentrates) - this is also the only physical work involved in the daily preparation of the feed.
Based on the selected recipe, the system weighs and weighs itself from the dosing table to the mixing conveyor. This conveyor combines and mixes all the ingredients and then loads the feed into the feeding robot (or onto the conveyor) in layers.
The Mu Line robot can serve as Mobile mixer and spreader - fills up with mixed feed and automatically goes around the barn and distributes the feed to the nursery at set times.
Yes. The Mix Line is designed to be modular so it can be customised spatial constraints in smaller or older stables.
The dispensing tables can be arranged on several levels (vertically) or arranged according to the available floor space, allowing efficient use of space even in cramped barns.
The entire mixing line can be mounted on an existing control table, which means that there is usually no major construction work.
It is also possible to upgrade the system to an existing mixer trailer - your existing feed mixer can be retrofitted to the Mix Line, automating its filling and feeding.
This flexibility makes the Mix Line suitable for both small farms and larger barns looking to improve feeding efficiency.
Feeding frequency can be adjusted according to the needs of the herd - usually the system distributes the rations several times a day (e.g. 5-8 times), or a little every hour if optimal.
The key is to keep fresh feed in front of the cows at all times, which promotes their eating capacity and more even eating throughout the day.
This feeding method has been shown to have a positive effect on rumen health and cow welfare.
Practical results show that more frequent consumption of smaller portions and constant availability of feed increases milk yield - Many farms have seen 10-15% more milk production with automatic feeding.
Milk composition can also improve (more milk protein and fat) as cows make better use of the nutrients in their ration, as a direct result of an optimal diet.
Take a step towards a smarter farm. We show you how automating feeding can save you time, reduce costs and improve results.
