CUT LINE Multi uporablja več dozirnih miz, kar omogoča pripravo različnih osnovnih obrokov za posamezne skupine živali. Tako se med skupinami ne razlikujejo le dodatki, temveč tudi vrste in razmerja osnovne krme.

Sistem glede na izbrano recepturo samodejno odmeri posamezne komponente, jih stehta ter naloži v robota MU LINE. Krma nato kroži skozi sistem in rezalno napravo, dokler ni ustrezno zrezana in premešana.

More flexibility and time savings

Feeding is no longer time-sensitive - feed can be loaded in the morning or in the evening, and the system then distributes it gradually throughout the day.

Cut Line omogoča enostavno pripravo več različnih receptov, s katerimi lahko kmet prilagodi obroke različnim skupinam živali v hlevu. V dozirne mize se naloži samo osnovna krma, sistem pa poskrbi za natančno pripravo in razporeditev.

Automatic weighing and dosing of ingredients

Vgrajen tehtalni sistem in pametno krmiljenje poskrbita za samodejno odmerjanje vsake sestavine krmnega obroka. Krma iz posamezne dozirne mize se po recepturi najprej odmeri na transportni trak z vgrajeno tehtnico, zato so napake pri odmerjanju praktično izključene.
